**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Support SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, writing optimized content, and enhancing website content.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the community to enhance brand loyalty and awareness.
- Create and design websites with the major content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
- Create thorough conversion funnels from start to finish. Including everything from strategic budgeting, to tracking, to client communications
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives and maintain project timelines to ensure effective project management.
- Comfortable working directly with clientele. Business owners, marketing managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist with reporting on campaign performance via the major digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and more.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns, creating beautiful websites, social content, etc.
- Strong design experience. If experienced with Adobe suite, Canva, and other related tools that will be viewed as an asset
- Experience handling some form of real budget ($)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity in digital marketing.
