We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

**Purpose/Summary of Position**:
This role is responsible for supporting our dealerships by delivering exceptional marketing programs to maximize sales opportunities. Following established processes and procedures for their role and achieving targeted goals and objectives. This role is responsible for ongoing collaboration with fellow team members and improving efficiencies whenever possible

- Detail oriented writing, proofreading and editing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Familiar with social media platforms, website content management systems and Google Analytics
- Strong decision making with ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
- You are a do-er who has the drive and ownership to get things done and deliver results
- Minimum of 1 year marketing experience preferably in a digital capacity
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Digital or Information Technologies
- Automotive industry experience is an asset, but not required

**Key Accountabilities & Objectives**:

- Working with internal and dealership teams to build and execute marketing programs and strategies
- Working with agency partners to maximize ROI and ensure capitalizing on the latest opportunities and capabilities of digital channels
- Working with the dealerships/agencies to gather/create compelling content to maximize investment
- Updating websites to support marketing efforts and working with the website provider as needed for website updates
- Build, publish and analyze content on social media channels
- Supporting inventory merchandising and pricing
- Create, review and update on-hold telephone messages for dealership
- Support any marketing events as required
- Develop and print any needed signage and posters for the dealerships as required
- Working with the dealership/marketing teams on how leads are being nurtured/captured
- Ensure all vehicle details are merchandised across all digital properties including dealership websites and third parties
- Reporting on website and marketing tactics to measure marketing effectiveness

**Special Requirements**:

- Minimum High School Diploma
- Post Secondary Education in Marketing preferred
- Previous marketing experience in a dealership or marketing environment preferred
