**We are seeking a highly collaborative Shipper/Receiver to join our team. Key responsibilities include the following (but are not limited to)**:

- Researching and coordinating all shipping and receiving details, including organization and preparation of all outgoing shipments, and assistance with the strategic placement of incoming parts and materials
- Working directly with shop managers, project managers and parts department to ensure an efficient, streamlined, easily assessable warehouse
- Assistance with the set up and maintenance of the warehouse
- Operating the forklift in a safe and efficient manner
- Loading and unloading freight
- Quick response to and resolution of any shipping, receiving or warehouse issues
- Assisting with inventory and cycle counting
- All other duties as assigned, to assist in the efficient running of the warehouse and shop

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Experience with commercial invoices, HS codes, and customs requirements.
- Strong understanding of all internal departments and the role they play in relation to the warehouse
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in sourcing and procuring shipping methods
- Knowledge of SAP, crane and forklift operations is an asset
- Able to pass pre-employment fitness, alcohol, and drug test
- Effective time management, including the ability to anticipate and deal with the effects of change
