**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management**

**Shipping and Receiving**
- Manage the shipping and receiving of packages, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks with care and efficiency using forklifts and reach trucks.
- Verify quantities and items against packing slips or purchase orders.
- Utilize basic math skills to confirm quantities and measurements during shipping and receiving processes.

**Inventory Management**
- Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain and update daily records for glass and miscellaneous inventory on the production floor.
- Ensure safe and appropriate storage of all stock.
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking inventory levels and order processing.

**Order Processing**
- Perform order picking tasks, ensuring products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment or retail pick-ups.

**Warehouse Organization**
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage forklift maintenance schedules and propane tank refills.
- Organize inventory for easy accessibility and efficient operations.

**Waste Management**
- Oversee daily garbage collection, dumping, and recycling (including cardboard).
- Ensure safe and clear access for garbage and recycle bins and coordinate timely pickups.

**General Duties**
- Support production activities and perform shop duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with package handling, order fulfillment, and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts or reach trucks is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
- Basic math skills are essential for verifying orders and managing inventory effectively.

Pay: $16.00-$21.11 per hour
