**Job Description**:

- Demonstrate resilience and ability to persevere in difficult situations, overcome obstacles, and reach high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures.
- Monitor and communicate overall project progress through control tools such as schedule management, budget management and resource management that are provided through status reports, presentations, risk, issue, action and decision logs as well as meeting minutes
- Ability to prioritize project deliverables with multiple competing priorities and (internal/external) stakeholders
- Ability to work with and under the direction of other PMs

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years relevant project management experience in a healthcare setting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
- Must have extensive practical experience and knowledge with techniques for planning, organizing, and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously.
- Other certification (PgMP, Lean/Six-Sigma Black Belt, ITIL, IIBA, and Change Management) considered an asset.
- Experience leading and successfully implementing technical IT infrastructure projects within Microsoft Azure is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to handle a diversified workload with often rapidly changing priorities and challenging deadlines.
- Undergraduate degree specializing in business, IT, project management or a health related field is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and project management tools
