**Role Description**

This is a full-time role located in Niagara Falls ON, with flexibility for some remote work, for a Technical Solutions Consultant. The Technical Solutions Consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support to our customers, consulting on technical solutions, implementation of our products, managing projects, and participating in presales activities.

**Qualifications**
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in consulting on technical solutions
- Project Management skills
- Presales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems and digital ordering platforms is a plus.

**Work Location**: In person

**Expected hours**: 40 per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
