TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE
EN COLLABORATION DIRECTE AVEC LE DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL DE L’UNITÉ D’AFFAIRES, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND:
- Analyser les ventes régionales, les prix, la clientèle et l’évolution du pipeline (CRM);- Produire des rapports et tableaux de bord pour suivre la performance commerciale et opérationnelle;- Identifier les écarts aux objectifs et recommander des solutions concrètes;- Contribuer à la planification de la demande (SIOP) et appuyer les décisions stratégiques avec des analyses de scénarios;- Préparer et présenter des analyses percutantes et visuellement convaincantes à la direction;- Coordonner la production et le suivi des rapports (ventes, opérations, SST, logistique, qualité);- Mettre en place et maintenir des modèles standardisés et un dépôt centralisé (Teams/SharePoint);- Collaborer avec les équipes BI et services partagés pour automatiser et améliorer la qualité des données.

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?- Détenir un diplôme collégial ou universitaire en administration, finance, économie ou domaine connexe;- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en analyse commerciale, intelligence d’affaires ou opérations de ventes;- Maîtrise avancée de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit;- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et PowerPoint;- Expérience avec Power BI, Tableau ou outils similaires est un atout;- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à résoudre des problèmes même avec des données partielles;- Excellentes aptitudes de communication;- Capacité à transformer des données complexes en messages clairs et convaincants;- Organisé, rigoureux et proactif, avec un sens marqué du suivi et du respect des échéances;- Connaissance des méthodologies de dimensionnement de marché, d’analyses concurrentielles, de tarification et expérience en modélisation quantitative.
