49 Solutions is looking for a Organizational Design and Classification Consultant interested in working as a third party consultant for INAC. The consultant must hold a valid security clearance and reside in Canada This is a part time contract opportunity. We need require you to start immediately. Please see below for the requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ Years of experience in Human Resource, Business Analysis or Project Management
- Valid Government Security Clearance
- Experience developing and updating work descriptions for Federal Government Clients
- Experience working with organizational design and classification for Federal Government clients
- Experience defining and documenting related to one of the following:

- Indigenous groups, Indigenous issues, programs focused on Indigenous issues or needs;
- Programs delivering public services (to the Canadian public).
