Job Description We are establishing a pool of qualified candidates to fill level 1, 2 and 3 Business Transformation Consultants to be filled on an as‑needed basis. Qualifications The candidate must have 5 plus years experience in the following areas: Analysis and development of business success “critical success factors” Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training Leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities Participating in change impact analysis and change management activities Participating in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re‑structuring) Coordinating thedevelopment of training and coordination with other stakeholders Creating presentations and presenting to various stakeholders, and facilitating meetings and discussions Additional Information The candidate should have a valid clearance of enhanced or greater issued by Public Works and Government Services Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
