**Position Overview**

As a **Financial Services Manager**, you will be responsible for the financing and leasing of vehicle transactions, as well as the sales of aftermarket products such as insurance, extended warranties, and protection packages. This is a sales-driven role requiring strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to deliver a world-class customer experience.

**What You Will Do**
- Promote and sell financial and aftermarket products including warranties, insurance, and protection packages.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience in every transaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, finance companies, and manufacturer financing partners.
- Ensure all products and services are competitively and transparently priced.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build awareness and understanding of financial products.
- Stay current on manufacturer programs, rebates, finance options, and incentive offers.
- Support management in planning growth and setting sales targets for the financial services department.
- Prepare and process all necessary contracts, funding, and registration documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the dealership.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay sharp and compliant.
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 2 years of F&I experience (automotive finance experience preferred).
- Valid OMVIC license (required).
- Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license (required).
- A strong sales mindset with energy and enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
