**Job Description**:
Join our growing Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness (TM&OE) team as we continue to activate global talent practices in support of CPP Investments’ road to $1 trillion assets under management. Reporting to the Director, TM&OE, the Manager works collaboratively with HR colleagues and leaders across the organization to elevate employee engagement and experience, and align talent management and organizational effectiveness processes, programs and tools to strategic objectives. The role is responsible for using data-driven insights to manage one or more end-to-end global programs/processes such as performance management, potential identification, development planning, succession management, competency model management, coaching and assessments, or employee listening activities (surveys).

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide expertise in the areas of talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement/experience
- Establish cross-functional relationships, and partner with, key stakeholders to assess business needs and priorities and their implications for talent management and organizational effectiveness programs/processes
- Design (both internally and with strategic vendor partners) creative, scalable, technology-enabled and streamlined solutions to facilitate the seamless delivery of organization-wide programs/processes, enhance end-user experience and advance strategic priorities/objectives
- Own the end-to-end management, delivery and continuous improvement of one or more global talent management and organizational effectiveness programs/processes including project management, stakeholder management and engagement, measurement, continuous improvement, etc.
- Conduct and leverage analytics, expertise and ongoing research on global leading practices and trends to deliver data-driven insights that advance strategic priorities and objectives
- Leverage influencing and negotiation skills to socialize and obtain buy-in for program/process changes in a matrixed environment
- Identify and implement change management and communication requirements for all levels of the organization - in partnership with our HR business partners and internal communications team - including the development and revision of tools, resources and communication materials to increase adoption of a process and/or change
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendor partners to implement systems or processes that deliver scalable, reliable and integrated talent data
- Review and implement measurement and evaluation tools to determine program/process efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct ongoing data analysis to deliver organizational insights and inform future programming recommendations or organizational effectiveness strategies
- Ensure that programs/processes are fully integrated with other Organizational Development, HR and business programs or transformation initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and/or Employee Engagement, preferably in the financial or professional services industry
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field (e.g., Human Resources) is preferred; professional designation (e.g., CHRE, CCMP) is advantageous
- Current knowledge of the market, vendor landscape, emerging and leading global trends, research, and practices
- Proven
