We're looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Performance & Experience to create a workplace where every employee feels connected, empowered, and inspired to perform at their best. In this role, you'll be the architect of programs that make work meaningful—designing strategies that align individual goals with organizational priorities while fostering a culture of inclusion, growth, and recognition. You'll lead initiatives that elevate the employee experience from day one, driving engagement, career development, and feedback systems that empower people to thrive.
What you'll do:
- Strategy & Design: Develop and execute talent performance and employee experience strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Engagement Leadership: Oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
- Experience Management: Manage systems and programs that enhance the employee experience.
- Career Development: Lead onboarding and career development programs for managers and employees.
- Performance Management: Own performance cycles, goal-setting processes, and recognition programs.
- Inclusion: Develop and execute engagement and inclusion strategies.
- Analytics & Insights: Maintain KPIs, reporting, and analytics for performance and experience initiatives.
- Technology Enablement: Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. Master's Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions is required with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Extensive knowledge of talent management best practices, performance management frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and HR technologies.
- Experience leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations is preferred.
Work Location: Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to one of our office locations in the greater Toronto, or Calgary areas. However, we recognize that the right talent can thrive from anywhere—fully remote candidates will be considered for the right fit.
The expected annual salary range for this role in Canada is $95,000 - $120,000 a year. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive program.
