**_RESPONSIBILITIES: _**

Working with Regional Quality Assurance Coordinators to support the following tasks:

- Mill Claims
- Prepare Debit Memos/Mill Claim and forward to Corporate A/P and Mill for review
- Update DM/Mill Claim Log
- Reclassify inventory tags as required for material disposition
- Maintain the Regional Approved Vendors Log and Vendor folders (Material suppliers)
- Notifies QAC/Purchasing when Vendors due for renewal
- Receives disputes and enters into the system
- Maintains the dispute log
- Prepares and sends out customer surveys as required by branches.
- Attends Quality Management Meetings
- Prepare and send out management/business review minutes/outputs to participants.
- Works with the Quality Manager as required
- Correlates documents for project data binder for project specific jobs

**_REQUIREMENTS: _**
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Experience working in an industrial environment related to quality is a strong asset
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Should be task oriented and self motivated
- Exposure to Quality Management Systems an asset

Please note: this position will require occasional travel to Samuel's Delta, Surrey and Langley locations.
