Come join our team and experience the difference. **Key Accountabilities** **Safety** - Actively participate in Inline corporate HSE program - Actively participate in all client mandated safety programs - Encourage safe work, safety & quality interventions. Lead by example for both fellow coworkers and all project personnel **Surveying** - Record and maintain daily field notes of survey activities - Perform various aspects of industrial & civil survey tasks accurately and efficiently - Troubleshoot and maintain survey equipment & vehicles - Effectively communicate with the Client, Drafters and PMs/Supervisors - Mentor Survey Assistants/Junior Surveyors - Facilitate and maintain strong positive client relations - Actively participate in Inline ISO 9001 Quality Program **Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills** - 5-7+ years in construction survey environment - Completed civil engineering/geomatics diploma or equivalent - Excellent GPS & Total Station knowledge - CSTS 2020, CSO, WHMIS 2015 certifications - Strong communication skills as well as critical thinking - Detail oriented with a professional approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Advanced UAV would be considered an asset - AutoCad would be considered an asset - Leadership for Safety Excellence would be considered an asset **Why work with Inline Group Inc?** - _High potential for growth_ - Inline is growing and will have many options for supervisory and leadership positions. - _We invest in our people_ - we believe in investing in our people to help them grow and become the best version of themselves. - _Your voice will always be heard_ - we do not believe in top-down management.
