**Global Entity Services Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
- As a member of the Global Entity Services Team, the Global Entity Services Specialist’s primary responsibilities will include assisting with maintaining a large portfolio of entities in 40+ jurisdictions and monitoring a central inbox for incoming service requests. This will involve interacting with global team members as well as our clients and their counsel, and ensuring that all entity management tasks are performed in accordance with our service agreements and protocols.
**Key Skills & Experience**:
- This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- The individual must also be a self-starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines;
- This role is suited for an individual with a College Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration, and 1-2 years’ of experience in a professional services environment;
- Strong written and verbal skills are required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred;
- The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential;
- Fluency in English is required.

- À titre de membre de l’équipe des Services aux entités mondiales, les principales responsabilités de l’administrateur d’entreprise comprennent notamment de prêter assistance pour le maintien d’un vaste portefeuille d’entités dans plus de 40 territoires et de surveiller une boîte de réception centrale où sont acheminées les demandes de services. Ce qui implique une interaction avec les membres de l’équipe mondiale et avec nos clients ainsi que leurs conseillers juridiques respectifs, en plus de veiller à ce que toutes les tâches de gestion des entités soient effectuées en conformité avec nos ententes et nos protocoles de services.

- Ce poste convient parfaitement à une personne ayant le sens de l’organisation, le souci du détail et une pensée critique bien développée, ainsi que la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement évoluant rapidement;
- Cette personne doit avoir un grand sens de l’initiative et savoir s’intégrer à une équipe; elle est stimulée par un environnement où l’apprentissage fait partie du quotidien et elle peut continuer de bien travailler sous la pression des échéances;
- Ce poste convient à une personne possédant un diplôme d’études collégiales ou l’équivalent, préférablement avec une concentration en commerce ou en affaires juridiques, ainsi qu’une année ou deux d’expérience dans un environnement de services professionnels;
- De solides compétences sont requises en communication écrite et verbale;
- L’aptitude et l’engagement de continuer à apprendre diverses plateformes en TI et à acquérir des compétences relativement à d’autres logiciels sont essentiels;
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est requise.
