We are seeking a highly qualified individual to lead the (STEER/R Funded) project: Without Inclusion, there is no excellence: finding a collective vision of EDI and Indigeneity in the Faculty of Science. The PDF will be expected to lead and support. With guidance from the Associate Dean EDII, the PDF will: - Participate in instruction and design of courses in the Anti-racism, Inclusion and Equity (ARIE) in Science initiative - Assist in collection and analysis of disaggregated data pertaining to access and impact of initiatives in the Faculty of Science - Environmental scan and analysis of EDII landscape in the Faculty of Science through engagement with individual EDII committees/leaders/advocates Postdoctoral Fellowship in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Indigeneity in the Faculty of Science Job Title: Postdoctoral Fellowship Area of Research: Finding a collective vision and engagement on EDI and Indigeneity in the Faculty of Science Union/Local Bargaining Unit: CUPE Local 3906 Postdoc Collective Agreement Date of Posting: January 28, 2025 Application Deadline:February 11, 2025 Remuneration: $ 65,000 per year plus benefits Supervision: Kalaichelvi Saravanamuttu, Ph.D., Assoc.
