**Overview**

**Qualifications**

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team in advancing an exciting program of research centred on the public health workforce in Canada.

a. completed their Ph.D. in public health, nursing, health sciences or a related field within the last 5 years

b. a strong methodological background in both qualitative and quantitative methodology

c. a strong track record of collecting, analyzing (e.g., use of NVivo, SAS), and publishing qualitative and quantitative data

d. experience collaborating with public health organizations or conducting research within a public health context in Canada would be an asset

e. experience in supporting grant writing

f. experience in tool development and testing
