**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
- Stay informed about competitors and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- **Established network and strong relationships within First Nation communities is highly desirable.**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $35,652.99-$95,630.14 per year
