**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Under the direction of the Coordinator, Records and Information Services, the Graduate Information Administrator is responsible for information management and administrative support for the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs.

**Qualifications**:
**The incumbent must possess the following qualifications**:

- Experience in personnel and/or student records are preferred.
- Conceptual knowledge of the Student Information System, the graduate audit system is an asset
- Thorough knowledge of general office procedures: knowledge of the University structure, its policies, regulations and procedures
- Strong verbal and professional communication skills. Attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to meet established deadlines, work under mínimal supervision, prioritize work flow and be adaptable to changing objectives without compromising customer service.
- Ability to obtain results through team collaboration, as well as self-direction is essential.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of students and should possess tact, diplomacy and perception.

**Education and Experience**:
**The above is normally acquired through the completion of**:

- Secondary school, plus at least two additional years of post-secondary education at the college level, including training in document management and standard office technology.
- Five years related experience with progressive responsibilities.
- Experience maintaining paper and electronic files in a highly organized manner or equivalent education and experience.
