That's what it’s like assisting our customers at Heritage Furniture. Everyday you get paid to help people in the community turn their homes into a more comfortable, functional and beautiful space.

You will assist them by explaining the difference between the industries very best brand names, Ashley - La-z-boy -Palliser -Elran. And you will do it in a beautiful showroom that you will take pride in.

No hard selling, it’s all about discovering our customers needs and matching them to the product.

We offer $40,000 per year while training and your pay will go up as your training provided real results. You will work one on one with our store manager, and other members of the team. Factory Representatives will assist in gaining knowledge of their products. You will also participate in a La-z-boy Furniture online training program to better understand and explain the benefits of this famous name brand.

You will receive a PAID benefit package, including dental medical and life.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanour
- Comfort with learning an easy P.O.S. system
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to work independently and as part of a team

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in the furniture
- retail
- restaurant industry is preferred but not required. (Restaurant servers can be the best in our industry)
- Desire to help create comfortable living spaces
- Desire to work with individuals, couples and families to find what their home needs.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
