The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for Quality Assurance and CAEI - Centre for Academic Excellence & Integrity through at Queen’s College of Business, Technology and Public Safety. They will maintain a current knowledge of appropriate college and academic policies, processes, and procedures to assure efficiency and integrity of the college.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain the Academic Department Quality Assurance audit processes
- Manage the Quality Assurance and CAEI - Centre for Academic Excellence & Integrity
- Contribute to team by demonstrating a positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and openness to learning and feedback.
- Ability to learn quickly, and precisely follow technical materials
- Work closely with the Manager of Technology and Education and the Manager of Academics on all matters within the Academic Department

- Flexibility and willingness to undertake and learn new tasks
- Excellent time management
- Work under pressure
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a problem-solving capability
- Excellent IT skills with a familiarity of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers, managers, Faculty, and students
- Consistently display a positive approach to the working environment.

Evening and Weekend hours may be required

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Education: 3 years (preferred)
