Student Support Services Manager- Mississauga

triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a **Student Support Services Manager **to join our team at the **Mississauga campus located inside Square One mall**.
**Primary Purpose**:
The Student Support Services Manager will provide leadership to those who provide support services to students. The primary focus is on the management of student services activities and operations. Most of the time is spent overseeing their areas of responsibility, planning, managing resources, prioritizing, and/or directing the responsibilities of employees.
The Student Support Services Manager will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication, and readiness, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify gaps in service provision and provide direction to ensure the social and mental wellbeing needs of students are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that programs and services are designed to meet students’ needs.
- Work with direct reports to ensure that information distributed to students is up to date and relevant.
- Identify and launch new student services in collaboration with the service teams, based on student feedback.
- Hire staff, develop, and maintain work schedules and evaluate performance of direct reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary Education in Business or Social Sciences.
- A minimum of three years of experience working in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in presentations, facilitation or teaching adults in an educational environment.
- Fluent English communication (oral and written) skills are essential.
**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Mississauga Campus located inside Square One Mall
**Start Date**:
The start date for this position will be **immediate**.
