**Process Support (Summer Student) Mississauga, ON or Montreal, QC**

**Primary Responsibilities of Job**
Assist in updating the internal Learning Management System (known as Elevate) with employee training modules.

**In conjunction with the Business, the primary role is**:

- Convert training modules from PowerPoint to a software compatible with Elevate eg. Captivate
- Insert modules into Elevate
- Assign employee groups and frequency to training modules

**Qualifications**:
Educational & technical experience:

- College or university education
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft programs
- Bilingual would be an asset

Other Considerations:

- Must be detail oriented, with strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with end users.
