We're looking for a motivated Culinary Assistant to join our team as a Meal Prep Specialist. As a Meal Prep Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our meal preparations. This position involves measuring, weighing, and portioning ingredients to maintain consistency in our meal plans. **Responsibilities**:

- Accurately measure and portion ingredients according to specified recipes and guidelines._
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the meal prep area._
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless workflow and timely meal production._
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee the safety of prepared meals._
- Keep detailed records of portion sizes and ingredient quantities for quality control purposes._
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages._

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in meal prep or Culinary related field is preferred but not required._
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately._
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently._
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines._
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices._
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads._
- Ability to work in a team environment _

- **This is currently a part-time position with the potential of becoming a full-time position by August.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.25-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
