**Job Overview**:
As a Meal Prep Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing nutritious, balanced meals for our clients. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring quality and consistency across all meal orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food, has a passion for healthy eating, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals based on provided recipes and customer preferences
- Portion meals into containers according to nutritional guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- Ensure food safety standards are followed, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient prep
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or a commercial kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for healthy eating and nutrition
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team player mentality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
