Sole Solutions Foot Clinic is seeking a reliable and motivated **Administrative Assistant/Receptionist** to join our team in Markham, Ontario.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
- Maintain and coordinate active calendars for the clinic
- Organise and update patient files according to office protocols
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team as needed
- Ensure the reception area and office remain tidy and welcoming
**Must-Have Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Must be located within commuting distance to Markham, Ontario, Canada
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting
- Tamil language skills (preferred but not required)
