**The Role**

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor, ideally someone with experience in the food services industry or equivalent. The Service Advisor will play a key role as the first point of contact fielding incoming service, repair, and parts calls from clients. The Service Advisor will determine what the client issues and requirements are, schedule, and dispatch service technicians as appropriate, and follow up post service to ensure client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field inbound client inquiries and service call requests.
- Generate service work orders.
- Schedule, dispatch and follow up with field service technicians.
- Administer, review and process service reports, work orders and invoicing.
- Administer and maintain client accounts and service and parts requests.
- Administer, maintain, and update website content.
- Submit service repair recommendations and repair estimates.
- Initiate service follow-up calls with clients.
- Reconciliation of work in progress and shop hours.
- Provide outstanding client service to improve client satisfaction and relationships.
- Manage and resolve client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate, analyze and improve client service functions to meet the needs of both the client and the company.

**Personal Characteristics**
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Well organized, with ability to prioritize.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products.
- Team player.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
