Vancouver, Canada ITC Construction Group Full time

**This role requires the individual to have their NSCO (National Safety Construction Officer) certification or similar, First Aid Level 3 and a background in construction. Previous role as a Project Safety Officer/Coordinator is ideal for this position.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform document management tasks in our systems including Salus Pro
- Trainer for Salus Pro
- Create and maintain Corporate Safety Records including training documents
- Train Project Safety Coordinators
- Create, implemetn and maintain Corporate Health and Safety Program Assessment tools, Site Worker Orientation, Corporate Safety Records,
- Oversee the RTW Light duties Program
- Facilitate safety training sessions for office and site as required
- Be familiar with relevant safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure that files are appropriately maintained and stored including safety forms and each project is entered accurately and completed
- Handle confidential information. Keep records up-to-date and secure.
- Day to day data entry and administrative duties as required
- Other duties as required by Corporate Safety Manager

**Requirements**:

- Completion of NCSO or similar education/certification
- First Aid Level 3
- Experience in a construction environement
- Microsoft (Word, Excel)
