**Job Duties**:

- Greet customers promptly
- Assist customers with requests for repair, obtain customer and vehicle information
- Advise customers on status of vehicle
- Open and close work orders
- Keep detailed records for vehicles
- Verifying warranty details, vehicle information, while working closely with the Warranty Department
- Filing invoices

**Job Requirements**:

- A valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of mechanical components on heavy duty trucks/equipment
- Able to work well with a team; prioritizing work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft office and basic internet skills
- Must have CSA approved safety shoes
