You’ll start by delivering outstanding front-line client service and supporting administrative tasks, while training to become an Auto and Home Insurance Specialist. With strong performance, you’ll take on increasing leadership responsibilities within the office.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Phase 1: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Duties (Start Immediately)**
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and handling mail and courier services.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, client file organization, and basic administrative support.
- Provide internal administrative support to leadership and the insurance team.

**Phase 2: Auto and Home Insurance Licensing (Within 3 Months)**
- Study for and successfully pass the Other Than Life (OTL) licensing exam (training support provided).
- Begin assisting the licensed insurance team with Auto and Home Insurance administrative servicing.
- Support policy servicing, renewals, client updates, and internal system documentation related to Auto and Home Insurance.

**Phase 3: Growth to Office Manager**
- Over time, take on greater responsibility in managing office operations, supporting team workflows, and coordinating internal communications.
- Assist leadership with managing office systems, team scheduling, and special projects.
- Serve as a key leader ensuring smooth daily office operations and excellent client service delivery.

**What You Absolutely Must Bring**
- **True Bilingual Fluency - English & French**

This position requires _true bilingual fluency_ — **spoken and written**.
You must be able to:

- Confidently engage in client conversations, without relying on translation tools or switching back and forth between languages.
- Translate ideas clearly, accurately, and naturally from one language to the other.

**Qualifications**
- Fully bilingual (French and English) — both written and spoken.
- 3-5 years of administrative, receptionist, or client service experience preferred.
- Insurance industry exposure an asset, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus (training provided).
- **Committed to obtaining the OTL license within the first three months of employment.**:

- Able to work full-time on-site at our Ottawa office.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Competitive salary of **$60,000-$65,000** plus benefits, commensurate with qualifications and experience
