**Job description**

**Cambridge Label** has an opening for a **Pouch Machine Operator**. This is a **permanent full-time position with benefits**. **Responsibilities Include**:

- Operate and monitor pouch-making machinery to produce stand-up pouches, flat pouches, and other flexible packaging products.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal production quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to minimize downtime.
- Accurately document production data, machine performance, and quality metrics.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and address challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience operating a pouch-making machine.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with flexible packaging materials, including polyethylene and other substrates, is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
