**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Providing support to Service Technicians.
- Manage calendars and daily activities.
- Provide administrative support to director of operations & national Service r
- Responsible for insuring that service records are current, accurate and maintained
- Perform other administrative duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Approximately 1 - 2 two years of administrative office experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must possess a proven ability to prioritize, manage highly-sensitive information
- Willing to learn internal company operating systems & programs.
- Extremely organized and meticulous with follow-ups and excellent attention to details.
- Ability to work in an extremely faced paced environment
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask under pressure.
- Must be a team player, with the ability to work independently

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Support Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
