**Who We Are Looking For**:
We seek a Wellness Manager with prior administrative expertise in athletic clubs, private clubs, medical offices, sports, wellness, or spa sectors, showcasing adept customer service and marketing abilities. Joining our team, you will deliver outstanding service to our members and guests with professionalism and efficiency.

**What is expected of you**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Sports Injury & Wellness Department
- Supervising inventory and placing orders of supplies and equipment as necessary
- Keeping the workspace pristine and organized, ensuring that both the desk area, back office, and treatment rooms maintain a consistently presentable appearance at all times.
- Managing member (patient files) treatment records, billing, and receipts while maintaining utmost security and confidentiality
- Assisting in the training and supervision of all wellness staff and contractors
- Renewing contractor and staff contracts and ensuring practitioner licenses and certificates are current
- Promoting wellness services, practitioners, and events, along with sending weekly communications to members detailing appointment availability and highlighting various Wellness offerings
- Communicating new policies and procedures to Wellness professionals and staff
- Assisting in managing area budget
- Generating bi-weekly reports detailing appointments, revenue, and any other department updates
- Processing daily chits and maintaining records for members
- Providing assistance to members, including booking appointments, promptly answering phones, and regularly checking messages
- Conducting bi-monthly billing, reviewing, and approving practitioner invoices for payment.

**Required Qualifications** **and skills**:

- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant management experience
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good computer and office equipment knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Professionalism
- Punctual, professional and reliable
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative

**What you can expect from us**:
**Total Compensation Package is $75,500**

Base salary is **$55,000 **plus the following benefits:

Paid 30 minute lunch break and two 15 minute coffee breaks a day (value up to **$6,822 **per year)
