**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and work from detailed blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood or wood substitutes.
- Install finished wood products such as cabinets, wall panels, doors etc.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal certification in Joinery or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a joiner.
- Proficient in using a variety of woodworking tools and machinery.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
