**JOB SUMMARY**:
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all client deliverables for one or more accounts, managing and growing an assigned territory through the sale of Titan products. The Account Manager is required to conduct business in a professional manner ensuring all customer deadlines are met and pricing is accurate and will be expected to grow company’s sales within the assigned territory.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts
- Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential business
- Develop and plan territory routes to maximize customer face time
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of accounts
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommend changes in products and service by evaluating results
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Perform other duties as required
