**This job might be for you if you’ve got**
- An in-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and other niche websites.
- Stellar interview skills. You can spot a red flag - even when it’s hidden beneath a layer of smiles and achievements.
- The knowhow to support onboarding administration and training. You’ll love inducting new hires into our company culture.
- The confidence to own and support the entire acquisition process from initial search to final hire. There’s do ifs or buts about it, you’ll need at least 3 years of experience in a high volume recruitment position, preferably a recruitment agency.
- A background that demonstrates your mastery of all-things recruitment. Sorry, but if you haven't seen many thousands of resumes this isn’t the role for you.
