Our work is simple in theory and demanding in practice: connect great companies with proven tradespeople and construction professionals who actually fit.This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who understands construction, enjoys talking to people all day, and has a track record of placing candidates into real-world roles—not just pushing resumes.You’ll work remotely by default, with the option to work together in our North Vancouver HQ from time to time if you’re local.What You’ll Be DoingInterviewing and qualifying skilled trades and construction professionalsHaving real conversations with gainfully employed candidates sourced through inbound social media campaigns as well as outbound sourcing (LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Apollo)Assessing technical experience and cultural fit for roles such as Red Seal trades, supervisors, and specialty field rolesTaking strong interview notes and making clear, defensible recommendationsManaging candidate pipelines and moving strong candidates through the process efficientlyIdentifying what “good” actually looks like for each role without needing to be client-facing or sales-drivenYou will not be responsible for sales, cold outreach to employers, or client acquisition.
