**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.Manage day to day business operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and networking. Help implement lead generation and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform make informed business strategies.
- Track business performance metrics.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Ensure that staff follows business workflows and operational procedures.
- Assist in invoicing, cost control, and financial monitoring.

**Skills**
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and trends relevant to our industry.
- Proven experience in business development with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of closing deals that benefit both the company and clients.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) practices, particularly using Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
- Budgeting and expense tracking.
- Provide weekly reports on business performance, staffing, and financials.
- Attend bi-monthly meetings with Ravenhill’s owner and team.
- Ensure customer engagement strategies are properly executed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
