**Your job**
- Implement and execute a counterparty monitoring process with a holistic vision (reputational risk, controversies, compliance, ESG, AML)
- Analyze new counterparties/products, identify the main risks, and make appropriate recommendations
- Integrate and update counterparty databases, coordinate with internal partners, and closely monitor files
- Open external accounts for NBC and the Pension Fund and produce the various documents required
- Update and monitor traders' certifications and all commitments and/or obligations of treasury employees
- Carry out the Bank’s procedure for changing the prime rate, prepare documents, coordinate and monitor files
- Assist the management team with preparing presentations on various topics and be involved in various special projects

**Your team**

You will be part of a team of three colleagues reporting to the Managing Director and Head of Governance, Treasury and Pension Fund. Our team stands out for its cross-functional role with Treasury trading teams, delivery quality, and the development of specialized expertise, all in a collaborative and enriching work environment. It also ensures that rigorous processes are in place to effectively mitigate operational, reputational, and money laundering risks, and that Treasury and Pension Fund activities are consistent and ethically managed.

**Basic requirements**
- College diploma and 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Good analytical skills and strong desire to learn
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong programming ability
