Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented treasury analyst to manage and analyze the financial activities of our business. In this role, you will be required to analyze and interpret financial data, prepare treasury reports and analytical documents, generate financial forecasts, and develop effective cash and asset management strategies.
To be a successful treasury analyst, you should demonstrate attention to detail and be proficient in financial analytics software. A skilled treasury analyst should be able to produce accurate financial forecasts and implement effective strategies that ensure the organization's profitability.
Essential Job Functions
- Overseeing day-to-day financial activities.
- Documenting transactions and updating ledgers and the financials database.
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data.
- Preparing cash forecasts.
- Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management.
- Implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Maintaining financial management systems.
- Ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations.

Other Responsibilities
- Various Special Projects. Backup to A/P Supervisor. Audit AP files. Learning every task of each dept.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance or similar field
- Master's degree or CPA is a plus
- Prior Experience
- 2 years of experience as Treasury Analyst or similar role
- Strong General Leader and Financial Reporting experience is a plus
- Experience working with Big Box Distribution is a plus.
- Hard Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel including basic formulas
- Knowledge of working in ERP systems
- Proficient or comfortable in working in multiple currencies/exchange rates
- GAAP/IFRS knowledge is essential to this role

- Ability to work with diverse teams and communicating with management in all levels
- Excellent communication skills, ability interface with internal and external customers
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

About this position
- Location: in office but could be located in our Wright City, MO; Tiffin, OH or Montreal, QC offices
- Not a remote position

- Travel: mínimal travel required for position
- Hours: typical office hours M-F from 8 AM - 5 PM
