**What would be your contributions as an Analyst, Treasury at Ovivo?**

Here are the highlights:
**Cash Management & Financing**
- Prepare the Ovivo's cash position on a weekly basis, while explaining variances and identifying cash optimization opportunities
- Participate in the preparation of the consolidated cash flow forecast
- Establish and administer inter-company loans with all subsidiaries worldwide

**Financial Risk Management**
- Participate in the management of the foreign exchange risk by evaluating the exposures and mitigate the risks by entering into derivative contracts

**Banking Administration and Control**
- Keep the listing of Ovivo's bank accounts complete and up to date
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as bank account openings, KYC requests, audit requests, etc.

**Trade Finance**
- Act as an internal expert in Trade Finance instruments, coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders for the preparation of bank and corporate guarantees

**Support the Director and the Vice-President **in other projects, analyzes or presentations

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Strong interest for corporate finance
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other related studies
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advance skills in Excel
- Excellent French and English, spoken and written
- CFA, CTP, CPA or M. Sc., MFA obtained or in process of - a plus
- Experience in VBA programming - a plus
