We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, ON.
**Primary Responsibilities & Skills**:
- Retain and increase orders from existing and potential customers within an assigned geographical territory.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, external strategic partners, and service teams focused on digital adoption, retention, and growth of a territory.
- Provide customer support services within a territory—emphasis on digital support.
- Monitor and assess customer activity and opportunities.
- Utilize channels of communication between customers and laboratories, keeping customers informed of the best options for successful outcomes.
- Report to supervisor regarding customer-related activities such as customer visits and ordering patterns.
- Demonstrate keen awareness of territory market conditions, competitive pricing, service requirements, and customer needs assessment.
- Participate in laboratory-sponsored customer engagements, study clubs, conventions, seminars.
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the Dental Industry
- Prior experience in digital scanning, outside dental sales and customer service a plus
- AA, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent preferred
- Competent computer skills, digital scan review preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to resolve conflicts with customers.
- Must be a self-starter with good initiative, assertiveness, and self-motivation.
- Must be well organized and possess good reasoning ability.
- Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with limited supervision.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
