**Position Summary**

This is a 12-month fixed contract

Our Client (a global Marketing Agency) is looking for a Digital Analyst to join its amazing Digital Team. The Digital Analyst will be responsible for providing visibility on the performance of:

- Personalized experiences and A/B tests
- Social Media performance

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Building dashboard for KPIs and generate regular reporting on the performance digital properties (web/mobile).
- Proactively analyze data and deliver insights to senior analysts/analytics manager.
- Transform raw data into the format required for analysis and data modelling.
- Analyze A/B or multivariate tests and provide in-depth, actionable insights based on data and observed trends.
- Working with multiple teams to build and automate dashboards from multiple data sources including websiteclickstream data, social media data and customer profile data.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in digital reporting and analytics.
- Background in mathematics or statistics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of digital and social analytics tools and best practices (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr).
- Understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable with large amounts of data.
- Familiarity with data science and languages such as Python/SQL is considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
