Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Assurance Inspector will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our cleaning standards by conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. **Responsibilities**:
Conduct routine inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess the quality of cleaning services performed.

Evaluate cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of properties according to established standards and guidelines.

Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to cleaning technicians and supervisors.

Document inspection findings, including any deficiencies or areas of concern, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues and improve service delivery.

Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for cleaning staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures and performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cleaning and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in quality assurance or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in a quality assurance or inspection role, preferably in the cleaning industry.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues and discrepancies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Willingness to travel to various locations for inspections as needed.

Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred.

Pay: $52,399.00 per year
