**Lead Packaging Operator, Full-time**

Reporting to the Head Brewer and Senior Brewer, the Lead Packaging Operator is responsible to perform a variety of tasks such as; operating packaging lines, operation of pasteurizer and Scholle filler, cleaning and sanitizing of all packaging machinery.
- Prepare all packaging materials to be used for packaging and set up of the line as required for each packaging run.
- Operate pasteurizer and scholle filling line, prepare all packaging materials to be able to complete daily runs.
- Accurate inventory of all packaging materials (boxes, bags, crowns, class, etc.) Advise Head Brewer and Senior Brewer if items are running low.
- Ensure the highest standards of product quality control, operating within Magnotta Key Performance Indexes.
- Follow all health and safety regulations including WHIMIS and PPE.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by your direct reports.

**Education Requirements**:
High School Diploma or equivalent

**Skill/Knowledge/Experience**:

- Previous work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kgs
- Ability to stay focused and conduct repetitive tasks
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Must be a team player and work in a team environment
- Accurate record keeping
- Ability to understand and follow health and safety regulations and requirements
