Due to business growth Flint packaging is currently looking for hard-working coachable and motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions for our Vaughn Facility**:
**01. Flexo Machine Operators**

**02. Assistant Flexo Machine Operators**

The Machine Operator shall be responsible for setting up and safe operation of the machine as per the work instructions. The primary focus will be to ensure smooth machine operation, maximize production output, maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process in a safe manner while leading and directing a machine crew.

**Job Duties**
- Lead and direct a machine crew to ensure accurate and efficient set up and safe operation of equipment.
- Perform the quality checks as per the Work Instructions.
- Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize production output and maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machine parts to ensure proper functionality and prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, technicians, and quality control personnel, to coordinate production activities and address any production-related issues.
- Always follow safety protocols and guidelines, utilizing personal protective equipment and reporting any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors.
- Follow good housekeeping protocols.
- Document production data, such as output quantities, equipment maintenance performed, and any quality issues encountered, in a clear and accurate manner. Ensure all products meet a high level of workmanship, cleanliness, and rated performance is met prior to shipping.
- Expected to attain in every way possible to achieve productivity goals, reduce waste and downtime.
- Perform the detailed preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Submit maintenance work order requirements as required.

Report and/or create NCRs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
