**Duties and responsibilities**
We are looking for diligent and detailed-oriented full-time afternoon concierge (4 pm to 12 am) to join our team in Coquitlam.
- Monitor building access.
- Serve residents.
- Conduct security patrols.
- Detect suspicious activity.
- Handle building and safety emergencies and dispatch appropriate response.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.

**Skills and qualifications**
- ** Valid BC Security Guard license**:

- Concierge experience an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, positive and friendly attitude
- Able to stay calm in stressful situations
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality
- Excellent listening and speaking skills
- Proficiency with computers; knowledge of MS Office

**Job location and working hours**
- ** Coquitlam**:

- ** Full-time 40 hours per week**:

- ** Shifts are Thursday to Monday from 4 pm to 12 am**

**Salary**
- ** $19 per hour
