CMI Concierge and Security Inc. is Metro Vancouver’s premier concierge service for condominium residences.

We are looking for **a Full-time Concierge** for a residential condominium in Coquitlam, close to the skytrain. **(Weekends availability is a must)**

**Shifts: Thursday to Sunday 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm**

**Job description**

The Full-time Concierge/security guard is the first contact for building customers: owners, residents, visitors, and trades. As Concierge you serve customers and help maintain the security of the building.

**Main responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain confidential communication with residents and property management.
- Facilitate moves, packages, and amenities reservations.
- Conduct patrols, monitor security cameras and building access, ensure compliance with building by-laws.

**Key attributes**
- Customer-first attitude
- Positive and friendly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage several tasks at once
- Dependable

**Requirements**:

- Customer service experience
- Previous concierge experience is an asset
