**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As an Inventory and Warehouse Manager, you are responsible in overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, warehouse operations, and staff supervision. This role ensures accurate tracking, efficient storage, and timely dispatch of goods, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role will also streamline processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet distribution deadlines while maintaining accurate inventory levels.

**Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Oversee daily inventory activities, ensuring accurate stock levels in the warehouse and stores are maintained and discrepancies are minimized.
- Perform regular inventory audits and analyze data to forecast demand, prevent overstock or stockouts, and adjust stock levels accordingly.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper organization, product layout, and safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all warehouse processes, ensuring efficiency in operations and effective use of resources.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and vehicles, ensuring all machinery is functioning properly.
- Manage warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, transfers, freight, inventory, returns, and damages.
- Monitor and manage the stock of warehouse office supplies, including replenishing items such as packaging materials, office stationery, safety gear, and general office supplies.
- Ensure timely ordering of warehouse office supplies to avoid stockouts while maintaining cost control over expenditures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all logístical operations, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimize delivery schedules.
- Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Schedule shifts, delegate responsibilities, and ensure that warehouse staff meet workload demands and adhere to company policies and standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and reviews.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipments, inventory movements, and operational performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics in a distribution environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in warehouse settings.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Standing, walking, and other physical activities required for extended periods.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely.
