The Manager, Product Operations shall be responsible for all aspects of product sales and delivery to internal and external customers as it relates to PGGA business in North America (US/CA/MX), including Quotation management, Product Order Entry & Management, Inventory Planning/Management and Shipping/Receiving

**Your responsibilities**
- Quotation Management
- Oversee transactional quotations in support of the Automation & Communication product business, including verification, costing, pricing and proposal delivery.
- Product Order Entry & Management
- Oversee transactional orders in support of the Automation & Communication product business, including order entry, requisitioning, invoicing & collections
- Interface with the procurement/supply chain organization to ensure supplier deliveries meet customer requirements
- Inventory Planning & Management,
- Oversee inventory planning in support of the Automation & Communication product business
- Establish and drive improvements in process based KPIs, including inventory turns, average lead time of orders, pick/pack/ship cycle times.

**Your background**
- 12+ years experienced professional including 5 years in supervision/management roles.
- BS in engineering, order management, logistics, supply chain or equivalent industry experience.
- Experienced in various product delivery businesses including make-to-order, buy-to-order and engineer-to-order business models.
- Experienced in management of high volume transactional business processes including quotation and order management.
- Prior experience in trade/resell businesses a plus.
- Sufficient seniority to effectively communicate across all levels of the local business.
- Business mind-set, responsiveness, strong sense of ownership, self-driven, willingness to explore.
- Fluent French & English a must. Spanish a plus
